Ben came around very quickly to take a look at the leak and give a quote, explaining everything clearly. He was quick to exploit a window of good weather and had his men out to carry out the work. They removed the existing tiles, re-felted the whole roof and re-pointed the chimney, as well as putting in new vents and lead flashing where they had been missing. They also took out the cladding on a dormer and replaced it, as well as repairing the valley gutter. They were punctual and polite, worked hard all day and left the place tidy.
